Combined, these teams are responsible for the ongoing development, and future releases.Job Responsibilities•Liaise with Professional Services, Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand business drivers and identify system requirements•Identify real business needs from suggestions and requests•Collaborate closely throughout the iterative development process with colleagues within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all have a common understanding of the requirements and acceptance criteria •Agree on the most appropriate solution while taking into account both product evolution and customer needs•Capture clear and concise acceptance criteria for product enhancements•Recommend enhancement priorities and negotiate phased increments•Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge and share with colleagues and customers as required•Collaborate closely with analysis colleagues to continually improve practicesRequired Skills•A minimum of three years systems analysis experience of gathering and capturing the functional requirements for a large and complex system•Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle•You must also have excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail•Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers•Proven ability to work independently at a detailed level with limited supervision as well as working effectively as part of a team•You must communicate confidently at all levels, be enthusiastic, flexible, career driven & responsibleDesirable Skills•Systems analysis experience of Web Based Products•Experience of capturing non-functional requirements, for example, relating to scalability and resilience•Experience of using agile methodologies, such as Scrum, OpenUP or FDD (Feature Driven Development), and standard methodologies, such as RUP (Rational Unified Process) to manage complex projects•Domain knowledge of IT Service Management or ITIL®
