There are 12 animals: Rat, Buffalol, Tiger, Hare, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Scheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. The year animal determines the core of your character. in addition there is the animal of the month. The animal of the month is one of the animals mentioned above. However, this animal is based upon the month in which you were born. It gives information on how you function in relationships. Finally we know the inner animal. The inner animal is decided on the basis of the hour of the day at which you were born. A day has 12 Double Hours. These fall under 12 inner animals. The inner animal symbolises the side of your character which is hidden. If you like to order a shield with one animal I advise you to order a shield with your year animal. If you give me the day, month and year of your birth I can determine your year animal. Because the Chinese year does not coincidence with the Western year the year animal is not that easy to decide. However, I can determine it for you. An example of a shield with a year animal is shown above. This is a shield for the Dragon. It is decorated with green feathers and gemstones of jade. Jade is the stone that gives good luck according to the Chinese. Below you find an example of a shield for the Rooster. Also in this PowerShield jade is used.
